WORDS OF PRAISE FOR
THE FAITH AND LIFE SERIES
"These catechetical publications are, in my experience,
unsurpassed in lucidity of doctrine; in fidelity to God's revelation; in
pedagogical approach; in stimulation of real interest in, and love for the
Faith; in application to daily Catholic living; in true formation of young
people; in skillful adaptation to the age of students to whom they are
presented; and in sheer attractiveness of artistic publication. They have about
them the ring of eternity because they lucidly proclaim the TRUTH. And 'it is
the truth that sets us free'"
-- Bishop Thomas Muldoon
For decades good Catholic parents have been deeply concerned about
passing on the faith to their children. Their disquiet as far as most
bishops, educationalists and Catholic schools have been concerned, has fallen
on deaf ears, even cold and uncaring ears. Instead
of the true faith, our young people were fed a diet of doctrineless modernist potage. Evil schemes such as ICONS and HERE I AM were churned out by the
modernists and imposed on Catholic schools with ruthless efficiency. The
result has been the lapsing of our children in unprecedented numbers.
But now Catholic parents and grandparents are no longer
powerless in the face of this collective episcopal apostasy. Catholic parents
and grandparents can take the faith of their children and grandchildren into
their own hands and bypass faithless prelates and their modernist educational
establishments and pass on the true faith in all its beautiful fullness to their
children.
The Faith and Life series provides lesson plans for 6 years old to 14 year
olds, with well structured programs for eight consecutive years. Each year
is in turn broken down into 28 modules and each module into 4 separate lessons.
The first four lessons of each year are provided free so that you can try the lessons and evaluate
them for yourself. To access the rest you will need to register with
the site and pay a small fee of 20p per lesson to download them. This
charge is used to maintain and promote this priceless apostolate.
These
schemes are so professionally and well produced that a rather dim atheist could teach the Catholic
faith well with this material in his hands. Each lesson provide catechists and parents with a complete lesson
plan and the resources to present the lesson in a dynamic and interesting way,
including:
- Lesson Overviews.
- "Chalk Talks'' for blackboard use to help teacher
visually explain key concepts in the lesson.
- Easy-to-follow directions for classroom activities for
each lesson.
- Complete lesson plans with options for five day or one
day presentations.
- Prayer experiences for each lesson.
- Copy masters for materials and activities to enrich
lessons are provided for unlimited duplication.
- Practical suggestions for using art, photographs, music
and questions as teaching tools.
